Everything we answer across the site, in one place: ordering, revisions, refunds, each service category and custom projects.

Ordering and payment

8 questions

How do I pay?

Pick a package and order. We confirm and send a secure payment link: card or CliQ bank transfer.

What happens after I pay?

You send the brief, we confirm and start. You get updates until delivery.

Can I change package later?

Yes, before we start. You pay the difference.

When does delivery start?

When we have your brief and any files we need.

What do you need from me?

The list under the description (What we will ask you) shows what to prepare. Send it after you order, and delivery starts once we have it.

Where do I find my invoices?

In your client portal at panel.supportefy.com. After you pay we create your account, issue an invoice for your order and open a project for it.

Can we work in Arabic or English?

Both. The team works in Arabic and English, so send your brief and messages in either.

Can I pause a project?

Message us by email or WhatsApp and we agree the next step together. The delivery time only starts once we have your brief and files, so you can also order now and send the brief when you are ready. If you cancel instead, the refund policy applies.

Revisions and delivery

4 questions

What if I need more revisions?

Each package lists its revisions. Add an extra revision when you order if you need one.

What counts as a revision?

One round of changes to the work we delivered, sent together. A new direction or a new brief is a new job, and we quote it separately.

Can you deliver faster?

Where the add-ons list shows Rush delivery, tick it. It cuts the delivery time to about half, and the new date and total update before you order.

What about changes after delivery?

Changes beyond the revisions in your package are quoted separately, so you know the price before we start.

Refunds and ownership

4 questions

Do I own the work?

Yes. You get the final files and the rights to use them.

Services: refunds?

Cancel before work starts and you get a full refund. After work starts, we refund the part not done yet.

How is a refund after work starts worked out?

By the hours already logged on your order, at $35 (25 JOD) an hour: you get back the price minus those hours. Ask within 7 days by email or WhatsApp. Refunds go back the way you paid, to your card through Stripe or to CliQ, within 10 business days of approval.

Digital products: refunds?

Digital products are not refundable after purchase.

4 questions

What does the Blueprint give me?

A rent-vs-own cost sheet for your business, a feature list split into v1 and later, a clickable prototype of 15 to 25 screens, an architecture note, and a fixed quote for the build and the care plan.

What if I decide not to build?

You keep the prototype, the feature list and the cost sheet. If the numbers say a booking subscription suits you better, the cost sheet says so.

Is the Blueprint fee credited to the build?

Yes: 50% of the fee comes off the build price if you sign the build within 30 days of receiving the Blueprint.

Whose store accounts and data are they?

Yours. The app is published on your own Apple and Google developer accounts, and the customer data sits on a backend in your name.

Advice

3 questions

How does the call work?

After you order we agree a time that suits you, and the call runs for the length of your package.

What if I need a second call?

Order another session. Each call is its own package.

2 questions

Whose API account does it run on?

Yours. We set it up on your own API account, and you pay the provider directly for usage. Your keys stay with you.

Do you test it on my real examples?

Where the package lists tests, yes. Send sample inputs and the output you expect, and we test against them.

Booking apps: cost and planning

15 questions

How much does a custom booking app cost?

We quote every build at a fixed price, set in your Blueprint. For context, one published vendor guide puts a basic booking app at $20,000 to $30,000 and a mid-tier one at $40,000 to $60,000. Those are another company's figures, not our price; the cost page lists the sources.

What does the Blueprint cost?

$3,500, a fixed price, delivered in 14 to 21 days. 50% of it is credited to the build if you sign within 30 days.

Is a custom app worth it for a small shop?

Usually not. For 1 to 5 staff, renting Booksy, Vagaro, Jobber or Housecall Pro costs less than building and keeping an app, even over 3 years. Owning starts to make sense with many seats or locations, high marketplace commissions, or a way of working those tools do not fit.

What happens after launch?

The app care plan keeps it running: OS and SDK updates, app store policy changes, monitoring, backups and a set number of small change hours a month. It is quoted monthly from your build.

Can the app run seasonal or recurring contracts?

Yes. The Lawn By Moe app runs seasonal lawn care and snow removal contracts, with Stripe payments and an office dashboard. Your Blueprint maps your own plans and billing.

Do my crews need their own app?

Not always. Some companies start with a customer app and an office dashboard, and add a crew app later. The Blueprint splits the features into v1 and later so you pay for what you need first.

Is my own app cheaper than Jobber or Housecall Pro?

On list prices, usually not for a small crew. A 5-user Jobber Grow plan is $299 a month on monthly billing. Owning pays when the software does not fit how you sell and schedule, or when you want the app and the customer data in your own name.

Have you built a salon app before?

Not one that is live yet. Our live booking apps are Lawn By Moe (home services) and Laqtah (a booking marketplace). A salon app needs many of the same parts: priced services, bookings tied to a schedule, payments, notifications and an admin.

How much does it cost to build a booking app?

Published ranges vary widely: one vendor guide lists $20,000 to $30,000 for a basic booking app and $40,000 to $60,000 for a mid-tier one, and Clutch says most app projects reviewed on its site range from $10,000 to $49,999. The table on this page links each source.

What are the app store fees?

The Apple Developer Program is $99 a year. A Google Play developer account is a one-time $25.

How much does upkeep cost?

Development companies commonly quote 15 to 20% of the build cost a year for updates and maintenance. That is their claim, not a fixed rule; our care plan is quoted from your build.

Is the estimator a quote?

No. It shows the published market ranges that match the features you pick. Our build price is a fixed quote from your Blueprint.

Can I launch on Android first?

Yes. We build in Flutter, so one codebase covers iOS and Android, and the order of the store launches is your choice. Lawn By Moe went live on Google Play first while its iOS app was in App Store review.

Can the build be done in phases?

Yes. The Blueprint splits the features into v1 and later. v1 gets a fixed price; later phases are quoted when you are ready for them, so you pay for what you need first.

No-code app builder or a custom app?

A no-code builder or a booking subscription costs less to start and is the right call when its features fit how you work. A custom app makes sense when you need your own workflow, the customer data on your own backend, or an app in your name without a platform's limits. The Blueprint cost sheet compares the options for your business.

4 questions

How do quotes work?

Send the brief. We read it, ask about anything missing, and reply with a fixed quote: scope, price and timeline. You decide before any work starts.

Do I pay everything up front?

No. You pay a deposit before work starts, and the rest as the quote sets out.

Is there a contract?

Yes. You sign the contract and pay the invoices in your client portal, where you can also follow the project.

How fast do you reply?

Within one working day, by email or WhatsApp.
