Who we are

Supportefy is run by Supportefy LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Our team works from Amman, Jordan. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Supportefy LLC, and "you" means the person or business placing the order.

These terms apply to everything you buy on supportefy.com. When you place an order, you agree to them.

What we sell

• Services at fixed prices, in Basic, Standard and Premium packages, with optional add-ons. They cover design, video and motion, Shopify, development and UI/UX, advice, and AI.
• Digital products at one price: Perfex plugins, a Shopify theme and a template.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Each package page shows what is included, the delivery time and the number of revisions.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Individuals and businesses can both buy.

Ordering and payment

Today we confirm each order with you by WhatsApp or email, then send you a secure payment link. You can pay in one of these ways:

• Card, through Stripe Checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Bank transfer by CliQ, to the alias SUPPORTEFY at Bank al Etihad, Jordan.

After you pay

• We create your account in our client portal at panel.supportefy.com. You get an email to set your password.
• We issue an invoice for your order.
• We open a project for your order.
• For some services, we send you a contract to sign.

Delivery

Each package lists its delivery time in days. The clock starts when we have your brief and any files we need from you. If something is missing, we ask for it, and the delivery time starts once it arrives.

Revisions

Each package lists how many revisions it includes. If you need more, you can buy extra revisions as an add-on.

Who owns the files

Once you have paid in full, you get full ownership of the final files we deliver to you.

AI services

Some AI services may run on your own accounts with AI providers, using your API keys. When they do, that provider's terms apply to your use of their service.

Refunds

Services: a full refund if you cancel before work starts, and after work starts, a refund of the part not done yet. Digital products are not refundable after purchase. The full rules are in our refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any dispute goes to the courts of Wyoming.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
