Who we are

This policy covers supportefy.com and our client portal at panel.supportefy.com. Both are run by Supportefy LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company. Our team works from Amman, Jordan.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it.
• Your project brief and any files you send us.
• Order details: the service, package, add-ons and totals.
• Payment status from Stripe. We never receive your card number.
• The messages you send us over WhatsApp or email.

How we use it

We use this information only to handle your order:

• to confirm your order and send you a payment link,
• to create your client portal account, invoice and project,
• to send contracts where a service needs one,
• to do the work, deliver it and reply to your messages.

Who helps us handle it

• Stripe, for card payments.
• Our own Perfex CRM, hosted by us, for client accounts, invoices, projects and contracts.
• Our email provider, for order and account notifications.
• WhatsApp (Meta), for chats that you start with us.
• Hostinger, which hosts our website.

Some AI services may run on your own accounts with AI providers. In that case, your provider's terms apply to the data handled there.

This website

The website has no analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. Your browser keeps only two small things:

• your chosen language, in localStorage and in a small first-party cookie named lang,
• your last package selection on a service page, in localStorage.

Both stay in your browser. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep client records, messages and files for 2 years after a project ends, then delete them. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
