We confirm your order and send a secure payment link. Delivery starts once we have your brief.
- Whose API account does it run on?
- Yours. We set it up on your own API account, and you pay the provider directly for usage. Your keys stay with you.
- What do you need from me?
- The list under the description (What we will ask you) shows what to prepare. Send it after you order, and delivery starts once we have it.
- Do you test it on my real examples?
- Where the package lists tests, yes. Send sample inputs and the output you expect, and we test against them.
- What counts as a revision?
- One round of changes to the work we delivered, sent together. A new direction or a new brief is a new job, and we quote it separately.
- Can you deliver faster?
- Where the add-ons list shows Rush delivery, tick it. It cuts the delivery time to about half, and the new date and total update before you order.
- What about changes after delivery?
- Changes beyond the revisions in your package are quoted separately, so you know the price before we start.
- Do I own the work?
- Yes. You get the final files and the rights to use them.
- Refunds?
- Cancel before work starts and you get a full refund. After work starts, we refund the part not done yet.
